Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, red onion, etc.), cut into chunks
1 tbsp Yaji Veggie blend
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and Suya Grill Rub to taste
Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Directions
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix Yaji Veggie blend, olive oil, salt, & pepper. Add Yaji Suya to taste.
- Thread the vegetable chunks onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Brush the vegetable skewers with the Yaji spice mixture.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are charred and tender.
- Serve the Yaji grilled veggie skewers as a flavorful side dish or appetizer.
